Covered parking with a reserved space near the elevator. Fully equipped kitchen for the gourmet cook. (Our condo IS wheelchair accessible, but does NOT have grab bars in the bathrooms or low counters in the kitchen, so one of you can be in a wheelchair, but the other can't)
