We cannot rent to parties larger than 6, no matter how small the children are. We do not rent for weekends; just full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. State and Local Lodging tax (total of 11%) will be added to all rates. Rates do NOT include the cleaning fee (95.00). Please e-mail or call for reservations. Check-in time is 3:00PM Check-out time is 10:00AM About our rates: Personal Checks, American Express, Discover, Visa, or Mastercard payments accepted. Daily rentals are not available under any circumstances. * Weekly rates are for Sautrday check-in and check-out ONLY. ** Monthly rates are for Calendar months. Check-in on the first Saturday of the month, check-out on the last day of the month. Weekly rates for weeks that span two rate periods will get the rate for the higher period. Rates do NOT include the cleaning fee ($95.00), or the 11% Lodging Tax. All reservations must be accompanied by a $250.00 deposit. Full payment must be received 10 days prior to occupancy. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance of occupancy must be accompanied by full payment.
