1. Check the Availability page to see what weeks/months are available this year. Choose the available time you'd like. Being one of the most desireable condos on the whole beach, we tend to fill up early, so plan ahead to get the week you want. Although we cannot accept reservations more than 14 months in advance, our calendar is often booked solid 3 months in advance! Still, there is always a week or two that go un-rented, so check the calendar. Also, last year's snowbirds always get "Right of First Refusal" for the following year.
2. Use the form, call or e-mail us with your request. Upon receiving your deposit amount either by Credit Card or Check, we will reserve your time. If your reservation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival, we require payment in full (rental + taxes + cleaning fee). You will receive a confirmation via e-mail for any charges to your credit card.
3. If your reservation is more than 30 days prior to your arrival, you may authorize us to charge your card or send us a check in the amount of $250 at the address in the upper left. Upon receipt of your full payment, you will receive an e-mail detailing how to open the lock-box that contains the key.
4. Check-in time is 3:00PM. Park your car on the second floor of the parking garage below the building in the spot marked P405 and take the elevator to "P4". The key is in a lockbox on the door and we will have emailed (or mailed) you the combination.
5. Upon your departure our cleaning service will confirmed that there was no damage, your credit card information will be destroyed. In the event that there is damage, you will be informed and your credit card will be charged for the amount of the actual repair (or replacement) plus $100. You are liable for any and all damage during your stay. If you find something damaged on your arrival, you must call us immediately to let us know or we will assume the damage was caused by you.
Cancellation Policy:
A. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will get a full refund of all charges EXCEPT the deposit, which is non-refundable.
B. Cancellations received from 30 to 7 days prior to scheduled arrival will be refunded 1/2 of the rental amount plus the cleaning fee.
C. No cancellations will be accepted later than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
D. No refunds will be given in the event of bad weather UNLESS Gulf Shores is ordered evacuated or the condo becomes uninhabitable.
